Policies
By doing business with us you agree to the following policies.
- We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items (e.g. for vehicles parked in our lot overnight).
- We assume no responsibility for damages sustained to property (e.g. vehicle is damaged while parked in lot over night, or someone other then our staff backs into a vehicle. Lot is under 24 hour video surveillance)
- Warranty for parts and workmanship will only be honoured at our location.
- We do not offer warranty on customer supplied parts.
- If parts replacement is requested without proper diagnosis, we hold no responsibility if your concern is not resolved.
- We believe in maintaining a respectful workplace where verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
