Policies

By doing business with us you agree to the following policies.

  • We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items (e.g. for vehicles parked in our lot overnight).
  • We assume no responsibility for damages sustained to property (e.g. vehicle is damaged while parked in lot over night, or someone other then our staff backs into a vehicle. Lot is under 24 hour video surveillance)
  • Warranty for parts and workmanship will only be honoured at our location.
  • We do not offer warranty on customer supplied parts.
  • If parts replacement is requested without proper diagnosis, we hold no responsibility if your concern is not resolved.
  • We believe in maintaining a respectful workplace where verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service.
